She will strip much fitter and should the top choice fluff her lines, she may be the one to pick up the pieces.

QUEEN FENN finished 4.2 lengths behind the second selection last time. She is 4kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.

Race 2

KANAAL SKATER ran a good race when second over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He showed good speed before getting outrun late by Cardinal Chief. If not too green around the turn, he can go one better.

THAT’LL B THE DAY was a tad disappointing over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. His penultimate run when second over 1100m catches the eye. The gelding may have done the trick and he is one of the leading contenders.

TROIS SEPT HUIT is an unraced son of Rafeef from the Lucinda Woodruff stable with Sean Veale booked to ride. He is related to multiple winners including B Fiftytwo and Late December. If not in need of the run, he should start his career on a positive note. The betting market will be the best guide with regards to him and the other unraced entrants.

TARGARYEN KNIGHT ran a fair race when fourth over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. The son of Heavenly Blue is coming along the right way and can finish in the placings.

CALL ME WILD found one too good in the form of Quinn’s Time last time. The son of Rabada is coming along the right way and jumps from a good draw of three. Rachel Venniker takes the 1.5kgs off his back and he can go one better.

HUNTERS ARROW finished 2 lengths behind the top choice last time. He is 1.5kgs worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result.

CARNIVAL PARK has improved in his last three starts. The son of Soqrat should love the rise to 1800m and from his good draw of two, he may be involved in the fight to the finish.

Race 5

ELEMBEE finished 1 length behind ANOTHER DREAM last time. She is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. The 6yo mare is having her first run on this course and if not too far out of her ground turning for home, she can notch up her fourth-career victory.

ANOTHER DREAM followed up her maiden win with a hard fought victory over 1750m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville. She has cracked a good draw of three and can bring up the hat-trick.

PRINCESS PALACE finished 2.5 lengths behind the second selection last time. She is 3kgs better off at the weights today and should finish closer as a result.

Race 6

AMAFORT has shown good signs of a form return in her last two starts. She stayed on strongly against the males over 1400m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. The daughter of Mambo In Seattle should have no issues with the rise to 1600m and she may find herself in the winner’s enclosure.

CHARA SANDS won his last start over this distance at a nice price. He received a four-pound penalty for that win. The son of Visionaire meets a similar line-up this afternoon and he can follow up with another victory.

TRAFALGAR SQUARE finished 2.2 lengths behind RAFA’S BOY last time. He is 3.5kgs better off at the weights today and that should be enough for the tables to be turned. Serino Moodley is booked to ride and he may be able to coax that little bit extra out of him where it matters most.

RAFA’S BOY has good consistent form lines to his credit. He is at his best up the straight, but he is likely to race on the speed from pole position and may be hard to peg back
