Winning Form selections for @Hollywoodbets Greyville on Wednesday 13th November where there are huge prizes available in the free to enter Punters Challenge
Race 1
PRINCESS GOLDIE is the best bet on the programme. She has finished third in both her efforts to date. She raced from a handy position over 1100m on the turf last time and stayed on at the finish. It must be noted that the horse that finished second that day has come out and won since. The daughter of Gimmethegreenlight jumps from pole position and she should take a power of beating.
CHAKPORI has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. If jumping on terms, she may be the one to fill the exacta spot.
HEAD GIRL finished 3.2 lengths behind the second selection last time. She is 1kg worse off at the weights and she may have to settle for the same result.
Race 2
JANE‘S VISION won a good race over this C&D last time. The daughter of Visionaire received a three- pound penalty for that victory. She finished 0.9 lengths behind GREY FANTACY, three runs ago. She is 2.5kgs better off at the weights today and should turn the form around. She is in a good space and can follow up with another victory.
WAR EMPRESS had excuses in her last start on the turf. She finished 0.6 lengths behind GREY FANTACY in her penultimate run. She is 1kg better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish.
GREY FANTACY ran a fair race over this distance at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. She tries the polytrack and if suited, she should give a good account of herself.
Race 3
STAR OF THE FUTURE did not get off to a good start last time but finished off his race strongly. The son of Futura is having his peak run today and should be cherry-ripe. Rachel Venniker takes the 1.5kgs off his back and he jumps from pole position. If taking to the polytrack, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
GIMMETHEGOODLIFE‘S last two starts have been decent. He should have no issues with the rise to the mile and should strip much fitter. Should the top choice fluff his lines, he may be the one to pick up the pieces.
CHILI BOMB finished 3.15 lengths behind the top selection last time. He is 0.5kgs worse off at the weights today and may have to settle for the same result.
Race 4
PORFIRIO raced from a handy position over 1900m on this course last time and stayed on to finish fifth. The 6yo gelding finished third in his only attempt over this C&D. He takes a slight drop in class and from his good draw of four, he can notch up his fifth-career victory.
KING BAVARIAN has good recent form lines to his credit. He raced from a handy position over 1800m on the turf last time and fought hard all the way to the line. The son of Linngari may be rewarded for consistency.
WAVE WARRIOR is the stable companion of the second selection. He gets the services of 2.5kgs claiming apprentice Nirvan Nastili which will assist his cause. With a bit of luck from the widest draw, he should earn another cheque for his patrons.
Race 5
GREEN VALKYRIE finished 0.7 lengths behind KISSHOTEN last time. She is 1kg better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish. She has won once and finished second three times from as many starts on this course. Serino Moodley is booked to ride and she can return to winning ways.
DOCTOR‘S ORDERS ran a fair race on the turf last time. She has won three times and finished second twice from seven starts over this C&D. On her previous form, she should pose a massive threat.
KISSHOTEN finished 2 lengths behind the second selection last time. She is 4kgs worse off at the weights today and may battle to turn the form around.
Race 6
MASTER OF DESTINY was doing his best work late when third over 1750m at Hollywoodbets Scottsville last time. He has won once, finished second three times and third twice from 11 starts over this C&D. If getting away to a clean start, he may find himself in the winner’s enclosure.
VOLDEMORT raced from a handy position over 1200m on this course last time and stayed on at the finish. He jumps from a good draw of two and should be involved at the finish.
IBUTHO stumbled leaving the starting stalls last time and stayed on to finish fifth. He takes a drop in class and with the services of 2.5kgs claiming apprentice Nirvan Nastili, he can run into the placings.
Race 7
MR MASTER STARTER ran on strongly when third over 1100m on the turf last time. He has won twice and finished third once from four starts over this C&D. He has cracked a good draw of three and should not be too far off the leaders turning for home. The 6yo gelding may be rewarded for consistency.
COMMON GROUNDS finished 1.9 lengths behind the top choice last time. He is 2kgs better off at the weights today and there should not be much separating the pair at the finish
MR HENLEY set the pace over this C&D last time, found another kick and won with a ton in hand. He takes a rise in class, but is in a good space and should be up to the task at hand.
Race 8
PHAKA IMALI was doing his best work late when fifth over this C&D last time. Three of his four career victories have come over this C&D. The 6yo gelding has cracked pole position and Craig Zackey may be able to get the best out of him where it matters most.
STEVIE GEE has not finished too far off the winner in recent outings. He has won once, finished second once and third three times from nine starts over this C&D. He is likely to race on the speed and is one of the leading contenders.
LOU LOU THE LEGEND stayed on when fifth over 1400m on this course last time. It must be noted that multiple horses from that form line have come out and won since. He is likely to be settled near the rear of the field and will be mowing down the frontrunners
