Manchester City 27/100 Draw 27/5 Al-Hilal 9/1
Following the group stage City were the only team to boast a 100% record. They topped Group G 3 points clear of Juventus with Al Ain back in third on 3 points and Wydad failed to land a blow.
Foden and Doku scored in a routine 2-0 win over Wydad in their opening match and in their second outing Gundogan scored 2 of their 6 unanswered goals in a hiding of Al Ain. Last time out City put Juventus away 5-2 with Haaland one of 4 different scorers (plus an own goal) in their most impressive display so far.
Al Hilal finished as runners up to Real Madrid in Group H, unbeaten with 1 win and 2 draws. They were 2 points behind Real and 1 better off than third placed Salzburg and Pachuca were the also rans.
A Ruben Nevez spot kick earned Al-Hilal a 1-1 draw with Real Madrid in their opening match. A 0-0 draw with Salzburg kept them in contention for the knockout rounds and goals from Al Dawsari and Marcos earned a 2-0 win over Pachuca and an extended stay in the tournament.
The Verdict:
I'm with City to get the job done here and hopefully they will win both halves of football.

Real Madrid 7/10 Draw 57/20 Juventus 21/5
Real won 2 and drew 1 of their matches in finishing top of Group G. Gozalo Garcia scored Real's first goal of the tournament but it only earned them a point from a 1-1 draw against Al-Hilal. Jude Bellingham opened the scoring in a 3-1 win over Pachuca and a routine 3-0 win over Salzburg followed.
Juventus won 2 and lost 1 of their matches in finishing as runners up to Manchester City in Group F. A 5-0 thrashing of Al Ain got Juve off to the perfect start with 5 different players on target. Kenena Yildiz bagged a brace in a 4-1 beating of Wydad before Juve came unstuck against Man City with
Koopmeiners and Vlahovic scoring in their 5-2 defeat
The Verdict:
Juve have been banging the goals in and Real will have to be on their game here. I struggled to find anything that really appealed here but in the hope the game will become more open as it wears on I will side with 2 or more goals in the second half.
