Inter Miami finished as runners up to Palmeiras in Group A, both sides finished with 5 points whilst FC Porto and Al Ahly were third and fourth with 2 points. Inter Miami drew their first group match with Al Ahly 0-0 before kicking on to beat Porto 2-1 and they let a 2-0 slip in their 2-2 draw with Palmeiras in their final group match. Lionel Messi got what proved to be the winner in the come from behind win over Porto and Luis Suarez was on target in the Palmeiras match.

The Verdict:

I'm a touch surprised to see Miami unbeaten but despite that one blemish from PSG I find it hard to make a case for a surprise. A PSG win accompanied by a clean sheet is my pick here.

A 2-0 win over Esperance and 3-1 victory over Chelsea saw Flamengo through to the last 16 before their 1-1 draw with Los Angeles in their final group match. Bayern finished as runners up to Benfica in Group C. Their tally of 6 points was 1 shy of the group winners, Boca Juniors were third with 2 points and minnows Aukland City earned themselves 1 point. Bayern also won their first 2 matches to ensure early confirmation of a spot in the last 16. They smashed Auckland City 10-0 and followed up with a 2-1 win over Boca Junios but a 1-0 defeat to Benfica last time out saw them lose top spot in the group. Musiala scored a hat trick against Auckland and Michael Olise was on target in each of their first 2 matches.

The Verdict:

Flamengo' s win over Chelsea warrants respect, I give them a chance of contributing to the scoring but I do believe Bayern will have their number
