ROEDIE ROETS vs KEN SEKELETU
EFC Interim Featherweight Title Fight – Main Event:
Roedie Roets is a South African fighter who currently holds a record of 6 wins and 1 loss in the EFC, with his career starting back in 2017.
He is known for his clean striking as well as his grappling skills and although he has not fought frequently over the years, he has won his last 3 fights within the institution taking the vacant title against Ayanda Zwane with a decision win the last time he stepped in the octagon in October.
Ken Sekeletu is a Zambian born fighter who now resides in Johannesburg. He is a dangerous striker who can deal a nasty kick too and since making his debut in 2023 he has fought 5 times, winning all of his encounters.
He has proved his talent through his form in the EFC and of his 6 wins, 5 have been by stoppage with 4 of them ending in the 1st round. His most recent meeting was in December when he faced off against Vince Bembe and beat him with a body kick in round 1.

Roets 1.95
Sekeletu 1.80
PREDICTION:
I think that although Roets holds the belt, Sekeletu will be too strong and I think he gets this one done by TKO.

AYANDA ZWANE vs BILLY OOSTHUIZEN
Ayanda Zwane, fighting out of Johannesburg, has battled to stay on the winning side of things across his EFC career that spans 7 fights and he has won 4 and lost 3 of his bouts.
He possesses skills in striking and he has great stamina.
The last time he fought was in October when he suffered a defeat to Roedie Roets by decision at EFC 118.
Billy Oosthuizen is a South African fighter who has seen both sides of the draw many times in the EFC, winning 8 and losing 6 of his 14 fights. He is known for his effective striking, however his grappling can often be seen as a weak point.
He has been on solid form over the last couple of years winning 4 of his last 5 fights with 3 of these by stoppage. He went head-to-head with Rian Dunn in October, where he claimed victory with a round 1 TKO.

Zwane 2.05
Oosthuizen 1.75
PREDICTION:
I believe that both fighters have it in them to go the distance where Oosthuizen will take a win on points.
HANRU BOTHA vs KALEKA KABANDA
Hanru Botha is a striker fighting out of Polokwane who has an EFC career dating back over a decade. He has fought 12 times, winning 7 and losing 5. His most recent fight resulted in a round 2 TKO win over Osvaldo Benedito to bounce back from his two losses prior to this.
Kaleka Kabanda is a fighter from Cape Town who does not have a very impressive EFC record currently holding 6 wins with 8 losses. He has been unable to hold onto anything more than a 2-fight win streak since 2016 and his latest clash against Patrick Ocheme concluded in a round 1 TKO loss.

Botha 1.45
Kabanda 2.75
PREDICTION:
Grappling is a clear weakness of Botha, and I believe that Kabanda takes advantage of this by taking him to the ground and winning by submission.

Roets vs Sekeletu
Sekeletu by TKO. Ko or submission at 2.50
Zwane vs Oosthuizen
Oosthuizen by decision or technical decision at 3.75
