There is live Championship action on Friday night when 13th placed Millwall host 4th placed Nottingham Forest.
Millwall are unbeaten in their last 4, but have drawn their last 2 games and Forest saw a good run come to an end when they lost 1-0 at home to Cardiff last time out. Millwall have won this fixture the last two seasons running and they are currently 15/10 to make it 3 in a row with the draw 43/20 and Notts Forest 41/20.

There is also Absa Premier League action with SuperSport United at home to Highlands Park. SuperSport are currently 2nd on the log, 10 points behind Chiefs and having played a game more. They are undefeated in their last 5 matches, drawing 3 and winning 2.
Highlands continue to be a side with one of the highest draw percentages and they have drawn 3 on the trot and currently sit 6th on the table, 4 points behind SuperSport United.
Highlands stunned SuperSport on the road 2-0 last season and the reverse fixture at Highlands finished 1-1. The draw once again looks a big runner in this game and is priced at 43/20 with SuperSport at even money and Highlands Park at 31/10. We expect SuperSport to pick up all 3 points here.

There is also La Liga action on Friday night with Villarreal up against Atletico Madrid.
Villarreal currently sit 13th on the table and have lost 4 out of their last 5 matches taking just 1 point in the process while Atletico Madrid have also battled, only winning 1 of their last 5 games and they sit 6th on the log.
Villarreal have an excellent home record against Atletico Madrid and haven't lost in their last 4 hostings and that has us leaning towards the draw here at 22/10.

Serie A action on Friday night sees Inter Milano at home to AS Roma with Inter 9/10, the draw 28/10 and As Roma 57/20

CRICKET
There is Mzanzi Super League action with Cape Town Blitz at home to the Nelson Mandela Bay Giants and the Blitz are 17/20 with the Giants even money.
There are as usual a number of markets to bet on including Top Home and Away Batsmen and you can even get markets on how many 6’s a batsman will hit so JJ Smuts for example is available at even money to hit less than one 6 and 8/11 to hit one 6 or more in the match.

HORSE RACING
There are two meetings locally tomorrow with the Fairview Turftrack during the day starting at 12:30 and the 8th and final race at 16:40 and then we have the Greyville Polytrack on Friday night starting at 17:23 with the 8th and final race at 21:20
Our best bet on the Fairview card comes in Race No. 4 run over 2000 metres where Horse No. 7, Rock Aloe should justify the current 9/10 favouritism.
In the Greyville meeting, Mount Anderson could be a popular Pick Six banker in Race 3 and is currently priced at 9/10, but our choice of banker would be Crimea, Horse No. 2 in Race 5 currently on offer at 22/10.
