The Czech Masters is a relatively new event that has been added to the DP World Tour, as it has only been staged since 2014. It was also cancelled in 2020 due to COVID-19. However, players will compete across 7,468 yards, with the event having a par 72. It will be played at Albatross Golf Resort in Prague, and a purse of €1,750,000 will be up for grabs. The record aggregate score is held by Andrea Pavin, who finished at 266 when winning the event in 2018.

It looks to be an extremely interesting betting event this weekend on the European Tour. Victor Perez
Victor Perez is the second choice in the betting this weekend, but he remains a huge price in the BetXchange market. The Frenchman also enjoyed an excellent run at The Open in the middle of July, as he finished in a tie for 34th. Prior to that, he missed the cut at the Scottish Open at the Renaissance Club. Richard Mansell
Richard Mansell looks a solid enough third choice in the betting for the Czech Masters this weekend, as he has made the cut in each of his previous five appearances. He was in fine form last weekend, as he finished in a tie for fourth in the ISPS Handa World Invitational. Before that showing, he finished in a tie for 20th at The Cazoo Open.

Thomas Pieters certainly looks the pick of the players at the top of the betting for the event this weekend, and his case is extremely strong. However, the course could also favour a big-driving player, which means we could see Wilco Nienaber being a fine each-way chance at the current prices.
