Arsenal v Aston Villa – Click here to bet

The Gunners are flying high at the top of the table with a 100% record after 4 games. They had to come from behind to beat Fulham 2-1 at home last time out. Their other home match was a 4-2 win over Leicester.

Aston Villa are down in 15th on the table with 1 win and 3 losses in their 4 games. They went down 1-0 at home to West Ham on the weekend and their away games have been 2 goal defeats to Palace and Bournemouth.

Arsenal won this fixture 3-0 last season and I am happy to back them to win by more than a goal.

Suggested Bet: Handicap, Arsenal -1.5 at 5/4

Bournemouth v Wolves – Click here to bet

Bournemouth suffered their 3rd successive defeat when they were hammered 9-0 at Anfield on the weekend. They were also beaten 3-0 at home by Arsenal in their previous start, but their only victory this season did come 2-0 at home to Aston Villa on the first day of the season.

Wolves are sitting 2 positions behind them in 19th spot and have yet to win this season. They drew 1-1 at home with Newcastle last time out, but both away games have ended in 1 goal defeats to Tottenham and Leeds.

Bournemouth’s confidence must be in tatters and I am backing Wolves to get their first 3 points of the season.

Suggested Bet: Wolves win at 12/10

Manchester City v Nottingham – Click here to bet

Manchester City are currently 2nd on the table with 3 wins and a draw in their 4 matches. They had to come from 2-0 down to beat Crystal Palace 4-2 at home last time out, the second game in a row they have gone behind by two goals having previously come back to draw 3-3 at Newcastle.

Nottingham are on 4 points after 4 matches and they went down 2-0 at home to Tottenham last time out and have taken 1 point from a possible 6 on the road this season.

You won’t find a more one-sided betting heat than this one and the bet I like is Manchester City to get 4 goals or more something they have done in both of their home matches to date.

Suggested Bet: Manchester City Totals over 3.5 goals at 10/11

West Ham v Tottenham – Click here to bet

West Ham climbed off the bottom of the table with their first victory of the season when they beat Aston Villa 1-0 on the road last time out. They previously had 3 successive losses including going down at home to Brighton and Manchester City by 2-0 margins.

Tottenham are currently 3rd on the table with 10 points from a possible 12 and they beat Nottingham 2-0 on the road last time out. Their other away game this season was a 2-2 draw at Chelsea.

West Ham games have been very low scoring this season with all 4 of them failing to reach the 3 goal mark and under 2.5 goals is my play here.

Suggested Bet: Under 2.5 goals at 11/10

Liverpool v Newcastle United – Click here to bet

Liverpool are currently 9th on the table, 2 positions and 1 point behind Newcastle who sit 7th. Liverpool got their first victory of the season with a resounding 9-0 victory over Bournemouth on the weekend and their other home match this season finished 1-1 against Palace.

Newcastle United have had 3 draws since their opening win over Nottingham and last time out drew 1-1 on the road at Wolves.

I suspect the 9-0 thrashing of Bournemouth may have glossed over some of the cracks in Liverpool’s game at the moment and I think that Newcastle can push them hard here and I am backing them to get something out of this game or if they are to lose to go down by more than a goal.

Suggested Bet: Handicap, Newcastle United +1.5 at 1/1
