The final weekend of 2019 offers plenty of sport and horse racing betting opportunities, we take a closer look in our Betting Diary.
FOOTBALL
There is a full house of English Premier League fixtures this weekend and on Saturday we have no fewer than 7 matches. The majority of the big guns are in action on Sunday, but the final game of the day Burnley v Man United will be interesting to see if Manchester United can build on that 4-1 home win over Newcastle United on Boxing Day. They are 17/20 for the win with the draw 27/10 and Burnley priced at 33/10.

On to Sunday and the big game is undoubtedly Arsenal up against Chelsea. Both sides were disappointing on Boxing Day with Chelsea particularly poor in losing at home to Southampton. They look set to start favourites though and are 27/20 at the time of writing with the draw 11/4 and the Gunners priced at 19/10. We would battle to back any of these sides with any confidence and the draw stands out as the value play here at 11/4.

RUGBY
There is plenty of Pro 14 and English Premiership matches taking place this weekend and while South African teams, the Cheetahs and the Kings continue to rest there are plenty of local derbies in the Pro 14.
The Benetton are (-15.5) at home to Zebre, Edinburgh (-6.5) at home to Glasgow and Munster are (+4.5) at home to Tournament favourites, Leinster.

The game that stands out in the Premiership is the final game on Sunday between Exeter and Saracens. Exeter feel hard done by having being pipped by Saracens in recent seasons only to find out that they had breached the salary cap and Saracens are thanks to the big points deduction battling for Premiership survival.
The away team have been well backed here and currently sit favourites at 8/10 with Exeter 11/10 and the draw on offer at 20/1.

HORSE RACING
Local Horse Racing takes place at Kenilworth and Turffontein on Saturday with Kenilworth an 8 race card starting at 13:30 and finishing at 17:35. The main race, Race 7 should be a cracker and we expect it to be fought out by No. 4 Elusive Fortune at 28/10 and No. 3 Dancing Sally at 9/2.

The Turffontein meeting is an 11 race card starting at 12:05 and finishing at 17:55. There are a number of open looking races on the card, but we do like the looks of No. 7 Captain Flynt in Race No. 5 over 1600 metres currently priced at 14/10 for the win.

The Greyville race meeting on Sunday is an 8 race card starting at 12:30 and finishing at 16.35. The Pick Six looks like one of those that could pay rockets for a very little and our strategy would be to go wide early and take a chance bankering Master Vision in the 8th Race currently trading at 17/20.
