An incredibly busy sporting weekend lies ahead and we take a look at the betting angle in our Weekend Diary.
RUGBY
There are 5 Super Rugby matches over Saturday and Sunday and the Sharks will be looking to make it two wins in a row in New Zealand when they play against the Hurricanes. Current handicap line is Sharks (+6.5) at 9/10.

The other game with big local interest is the Lions v Stormers playing in Johannesburg and here we have the Lions 17/10, the draw 25/2 and the Stormers priced at 11/20. The bet we fancy here is the Stormers on the half-time handicap of (-2.5) priced at 9/10.

There is also European rugby action with the Pro 14 and English Premiership and the Cheetahs look to have it all to do away at Leinster who are 17.5 point favourites.

FOOTBALL
There are 5 EPL matches taking place over Saturday and Sunday and pick of them could be Arsenal against Newcastle United. The Gunners are desperate for points and are 9/20 for the win with Newcastle 13/2 and the draw priced at 15/4 and we just have a feeling that Newcastle might get something out of this game and that the handicap of plus 1 goal could be worth a play at 18/10.

HORSE RACING
Local horse racing takes place at Turffontein and Kenilworth on Saturday with Turffontein featuring a 9 race card starting at 12:40 and finishing at 17:25.
Our best bet comes in the 8th Race, Horse No. 1, Our Man In Havana currently priced at 16/10.

Kenilworth is an 8 race card starting at 13:00 and set to finish at 17:05 and there are a couple of short priced favourites early on the card. We fancy a big run from Cousin Liz, Horse No. 2 in the 7th Race with the current price of 9/2.

Onto Scottsville on Sunday where we have an 8 race card starting at 12:35 and finishing at 16:40.
There are some seriously open races in the Pick Six and punters may be tempted to look at Race 8, for a possible banker, Horse No. 7, Algarve currently priced at 17/10.
