I have been holding my own against the bookies this week and the highlight was grabbing the early value on UJ in the Varsity Cup where they were on offer around 5/2 before starting 11/10 and winning comfortably - this weeks VC thread is open and while not quite as obvious I think opposing Wits is once again the way to go.
THE HANDICAP
Due to the public holiday I had to juggle the schedule this week and the Super Rugby section of the show went live Thursday morning - The Mossman was on board and you can jump to the Force v Drua game here
My intention was to do a Friday URC show but I left arranging a guest way too late and ended up taking a break.
WEEKEND PLAYS
I have had a nibble on Pogacar to win Milan San Remo a 288km Monument (click here for the cycling thread) but my main focus is rugby of course.
Leinster to get points at Loftus
Leinster put out a side without their Irish internationals but they still have plenty of quality including Barrett and Snyman. I think this game could open up at some stage in what looks good conditions and I am backing Leinster to get 23 points or more. It opened at 9/10 and I suspect that other punters agree and it may move out to the mid 20's I reckon.
